I think of you so many times each week....when there is a really challenging user to deal with; if I see a fab pair of boots or a quirky piece of clothing. I definitely can't pass a beauty salon without thinking of overflowing sewers and rivers of poo. I miss your compassion for others as well as your wicked sense of humour but most of all your hugs - they made everything right in the world.
